Coaching, not legal advice

The Composed Litigant provides strategic and behavioral coaching during or after family law litigation. It does not replace legal counsel when legal advice is needed. Site content, the application, and a mapping call are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

Applications and communications

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, a confirmed call, or an offer of services. A scheduling link may let you reserve a provisional time, but the call is not confirmed until a separate conflicts check clears. By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and consent to inquiry-related email, including a request to complete that check. You may ask us to stop non-required communications at any time.

Sensitive information

Keep this first inquiry general. Do not submit names of other people, dates of birth, case numbers, case facts, documents, evidence, passwords, financial account numbers, or information subject to a court seal. My team will request limited conflict-check identifiers separately if needed. Our collection and use of inquiry data is described in the Privacy Notice.

No emergency or guaranteed outcome

This site is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for filing deadlines, court dates, safety planning, or urgent legal decisions. Coaching cannot guarantee a legal, financial, reputational, or personal outcome.

Site use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit another person’s sensitive information without authority.
